I tell them the name of the block, if it is hand or machine sewn/quilted, and anything else about it's possible history. Sometimes, there is an "oops" .. and THAT is the ONE thing they remember the most. I issue (which is pretty arrogant when we include that excuse in our quilt error!) and explain how it happens easily.
