I will admit in some ways I really like it, probably because I like the pattern but in other ways I don't like it too much. I was not very accurate on trimming my blocks either which adds to my disappointment. Oh well, done is done, there is someone out there who will love to have this quilt.
Here is what I have left of the blue. I had to piece some of the border to have enough. Woo-whoo another piece of stash gone other than the scraps I will eventually use in an orts quilt.I used three pieces of white, and all but two strips of the raspberry, I have about half of the green left (which I will use on the border) and quite a bit of the yellow (which will be used in another quilt along the way). I will bind the quilt tomorrow and move one.

I can see what you mean about the blue and green, but I'm liking your style. And wow! Quilted so fast... :)
Hey, don't forget the blue pin that I see in the picture. ;)
I think it looks fine and I hear the quilt police are going out of business, so you can just go ahead and enjoy it.
wow blue and green I love it so bright and fresh.
I smiled when I read your expression 'orts quilt'. My DH's family always use that expression for a meal made up of leftovers - 'Orts for tea'. I've never come across it anywhere else and have no idea of its origin but it was lovely to hear someone else use the expression
Wow, Dot, you are churning those quilts out thick and fast lately and this one looks great to my eyes.
I like this quilt, you amaze me with your speed and productivity! I like yur philosopy, too... finish it and move on; another day another quilt. It looks great in the photo.
The pattern AND execution look fine to me. A nice quilt that someone somewhere will enjoy even if you don't want to keep it for yourself.
Your quilt looks beautiful I like your geen and blue !
