working slowly but working

Here is a sneak peek at my 4th of July quilt. I have plans to make another round before completing. I hope my plans work out and I hope I have enough of the fabric to do the next round. I really don't want to purchase any more fabric. I have way to much patriotic fabric and want to use it up. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Here is another container I use in my sewing room. It is a rather large wicker pumpkin. I use it for threads and odds and ends that show up it there. I don't know if Sweet Pea's challenge is still going on but I will post this anyway.
Off to wallpaper. I will do the bathroom today and hopefully get things done so we can have full use of the bathroom this week-end.
Happy week-end to all. Dot

Your 4th July quilt looks fantastic! The striped fabrics work so mwell for pinwheels - give them loads of spin!

Oh how I wish that I could quilt. We have a fourth of July party every year, and if I could do it, I would make this very one and display it so proudly.

You have a wonderful talent! Kayce

Hi Dot,

Love your pinwheel patriotic quilt - you did a wonderful job on those pinwheels!

Thanks for stopping by to visit and leaving the lovely comment.

Just stopped in to check in on things. Saw your sweet comment and I totally agree.

Muddling through it all is what we do sometimes. Stopping to think it all through while muddling through is the hardest part..

Thanks again for taking the time... Kayce
