Some sewing

Here is a picture of a baby quilt I made for a co-worker. I used fabric I bought on sale from Jo-Ann's. It is really cute, mint green background with pastel colored pacifiers on it. She is having a boy and I decided I didn't want to make blue and decided to go with this. I like how soft it came out. I used Jacobs Ladder pattern.
This is the top that became of the sunflower blocks I started last year. I used up all of my small sunflower print on this quilt. I am happy with that - I think I had this fabric for 5 plus years,\.
I couldn't sleep this morning so here it is 6:35 and I am wide awake. I will have to sew. I am going to work on my scrappy spider web posted on Bonnie's site.
I hope I don't fall asleep during the Superbowl. I am rooting for the Cardinals. We'll see.
May God save America.

The baby quilt is so cute!!! You'd never know it was a sort of novelty nursery fabric either - looks very classic and beautiful! :)

Oh, it's such a lovely soft-looking quilt. Jacob's Ladder is one of my all-time favorite patterns. 8-))

The sunflower quilt is lovely. Isn't it satisfying to use up old fabric, but then saddening because it's all gone?!
