Tripping with Bonnie

I have finished the trip around the world quilt top. I have decided to name the quilt Tripping with Bonnie. The reason, I used a pattern from Bonnies website, Quiltville, and I think the colors are rather psychedelic. I am preparing the backing now and will quilt on it through out the day. I have other quilts to quilt also but will start with this one. I will most likely spend this week quilting tops and gathering tax info. The quilting will be fun, the tax info not to much fun. Libby has asked for pictures of ironing boards. Not to exciting on my part. This is a new cover I put on while recovering from my broken arms. The one underneath is shot. I mean shot. It was so bad the fabric would just split. I don't think it was as bad a Libby's though. I do think hers takes the cake.
I have never thought to patch mine with iron on patches. Great ingenuity. Off to sew the backing. Dot

I like the psychedelic touch to your Trip Around the World -- the border fabric is perfect!

The psychedelic colors make it more like 'trippin' around the world *s*
Thanks for sharing your board.

It's so cool that you name your quilts. I've never thought of doing that.
