This is the view out of my sewing room window today. I was hesitant about the new helmet. It certainly was on the spendy side and I didn't know if I would like the build in sun visor idea, so Hubby had me ride to find out what I thought. It felt really good to be reunited with Stella. We went around the block three times. The first time I forgot to take the sticker off the visor and complained that is was blurry, the second time I went without the sticker, much better. Third time around the block was with the sticker off the clear visor also so I could see if I liked it that way. I did. I looked like a weirdo, I was riding with all the tags still on the helmet, just in case I wanted to return, I wouldn't have as much of a problem that way. I will keep the new helmet and keep reminding myself that you really can't put a price tag on safety. If it lasts 5 plus years all and all not that expensive. Hopefully with Gods help I will never have to find out the integrity of this new helmet.

Okay Minnie Pearl, you gave me a great laugh picturing you with tags and face shield stickers still attached etc. Good to hear you are riding again even if it was just around the block for today.
Hooray for a bike ride! I was wondering the other day if you had started riding again. Sounds like a fun time.
Seems that there is quilt a few blogs featuring a photo of a motorcycle in the last few days of blogging...mine included. I just sit on the back of it...have never gone solo...

Glad you got back on. I'm still not reunited with mine from having been ill last year.....I need to either reunite, or sell it.
