Hope in the midst of Dispair

Well that is what I am calling this quilt. I finished the top. Yes it is pink and black, even though the ping just does not want to photograph well. I just finished the top tonight and wanted to post a picture before I get to the quilting. I hope to load and start the quilting tomorrow night. Also another snow picture. I just love these pictures and am so happy my sister and BIL took the time to take them and send them to me.
I hope I am not boring my readers but I just love snow and love pictures of it. Enjoy them with me. Dot

it looks black and white in the photos, but seeing as I love b & w, that is no problem. it is a great quilt. the snow photos are awesome, I live in the tropics, nothing like that here!

It looks black and white to me too but I love it either way. Are the fabrics B&W and the setting squares pink?

Looks like trick photography. Quilt is black and white and background is color. Aren't you clever! Love the snow pictures, too! Good thing, as I'm a Snow Queen (haha --I mean I live in MN). Thanks for visiting my blog.

If you like snow, come on over to my blog. We got 17 inches over the weekend. Yikes!!!

Love the black and pink quilt!

I LOVE the snow! Not to drive in, mind you -- but it sure is pretty!

I love the scrappiness of Hope in the midst of Despair. Great quilt. I'm sure Montana snow is a little different than what we get here. Probably not the ice problem that goes with. Brrr.

Your quilt picture seemed to match your snow picture. Both are wonderful not boring in any way. What pattern is the quilt?
